The watermelon is so sweet in flavor and full of juice. Customers report using it on warmed bread products and with cheese platters. Watermelon is from Oregon – Hermiston Watermelons are the only ones I use. Ingredients: Sugar, Hermiston Watermelon, Lime Juice, Pectin (dextrose, fruit pectin, citric acid (assists gell).
