Strawberry Jalapeno “Sweet with a pinch of heat” This Jam is very tasty and a customer favorite. I use the sweetest strawberries in this jam. The Jalapeno Powder gives this a constant heat butt is not too much. Goes great with cheeses, breads & mixed in to make a homemade BBQ sauce. Strawberries are from Snohomish and Skagit Counties Ingredients: Sugar, Strawberry, Jalapeno Powder Pectin (dextrose, fruit pectin, citric acid (assists gell) & Lemon Juice.
