Blackberry Raspberry Jam. The concept of this jam was developed by my Mom who made this for us as kids. If she did not have enough blackberries or raspberries, she put the two berries together to make jam for our family. I “tweaked” it a bit and I removed the seeds from the blackberry pulp. Berries are from Snohomish and Skagit Counties. Ingredients: Sugar, Blackberry, Raspberry, Pectin (dextrose, fruit pectin, citric acid (assists gell).
